I thought it would be akward because it doesn't have a hoop,but all is fine. This little bluetooth does a great job. I have six bluetooths; some Motorolas, an original Jaw Bone( aweful,broke in a matter of months,a way over priced piece of crap),and I have this little wonder. The sound is very good,people hear me all the time. This did far exceed my expectations.
I had purchased an item from this vendor and was not completely happy. After reading my somewhat negative review, the company contacted me and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Very impressive.
I purchased a different Bluetooth at my local Verizon store. It was VERY annoying with sunglasses and just didn't feel right. It was much larger and very uncomfortable in the ear (I have small ears). The sales person also convinced me that the over-ear "hook" attached to that model was necessary to keep it in place. I returned it and ordered this one from Amazon. It fits my ear very comfortably - sometimes I forget I'm wearing it - and very securely - I have not seen any need for the "hook" (which can be purchased separately if you prefer one).
I reviewed this product before but I must add something I've found out after months of use. I keep two different headsets now, one for normal use and this one for bicycling or windy days outside. Not much at all, maybe 1 inch off center but I've never seen another unit that can deal with the high wind at that speed.
I've reviewed maybe 9 other bluetooth headsets on Amazon but none of them can do this. I've tested it down hill multiple times and use it whenever I bicycle.The only downside is that in a quiet room, it's not as perfectly clear as some of the other ones, but hey. This thing is great in the wind.
I think it's because it has such a small opening for the sound from my voice that once it's turned just a bit, the wind goes right by and the listener can't even tell. I can bicycle downhill at top speed and hold a normal conversation while the listener can't even tell that I'm moving. The trick is that I have to turn my head just slightly to the side.
I can't beat it in the wind. See my other reviews if you want a comparison of other brands.
It falls a lot from my ear. The holder does not help either because is too soft.
